Check availabilityHow many guests can stay?
The villa rate includes up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 10 beds and 3 bathrooms. Bigger group? Up to 25 guests can stay, at ₱900 per extra adult and ₱700 per extra kid (2 to 12), per night. Babies under 2 stay free and don’t count toward the 25.
How do I book, and what happens after I pay?
- Choose your dates and guests, then tap Continue to booking.
- See your exact price before you pay.
- Pay online with GCash, Maya, card, QR Ph or online banking. We hold your dates for 30 minutes while you pay.
- You’re booked! We send you a confirmation email with all your booking details.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 NN. Our staff will be there to help you check in. Early check-in and late check-out are ₱1,000 per hour. Just ask us ahead of time.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, at no extra charge. The heater runs from 7:00 to 11:00 AM, 12:00 NN to 3:00 PM, and 4:00 to 9:00 PM, so you can swim even on a cool Tagaytay evening.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, furbabies are welcome, up to 5 pets, at ₱700 per pet, per night. Please keep them out of the pool, use a pet diaper indoors, and clean up after them. Just choose the number of pets when you check availability so we can get ready for them.
Can we cook and have a bonfire?
Yes. The fully equipped kitchen is free to use, with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, cooking basics and coffee. There's also a charcoal BBQ grill, a free bonfire setup and free karaoke.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
Bookings are non-refundable, but you can change your dates once for free if you ask at least 7 days before check-in.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable ₱3,000 security deposit, paid at check-in and returned to you at check-out.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, in case someone needs to squeeze in some work.
